With the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry, there is an increasing demand for large tonnage fast forging presses. Almost all large fast forging hydraulic presses at home and abroad adopt fully pre tensioned combined frames, which are equipped with multiple sets of pre tensioned tension rods. This structure has good mechanical properties and can effectively reduce the overall quality of the frame. As a key load-bearing component in the frame, the prestressed tension rod bears cyclic alternating loads, and its actual strain state is related to the fatigue life and safe use of the fast forging hydraulic press.

      When the prestressed composite frame is in operation, the preload force is the sum of the forging force and the force between the column and the crossbeam, and the force between the column and the crossbeam is negatively correlated with the forging force.

      Under the rated preload force of the fast forging hydraulic press, the deformation of the tension rod after loading is relatively small compared to the deformation under no-load, indicating that the tension rod does not elongate during loading.
