Key Technologies for Closed Control of Hydraulic Press

The hydraulic press has a simple structure and is easy to achieve automatic control and medium high pressure high-power drive. With the application of large die forgings, it is required that the speed of the hydraulic press pressing process be adjustable and the positioning accuracy of the pressing end be accurate. Only servo driven hydraulic presses can be used.

For current servo driven hydraulic presses, hydraulic servo valves are commonly used as flow adjustment components. These hydraulic valves have high control accuracy and easy speed regulation, but require high cleanliness of the oil medium, high sensitivity to oil temperature changes, and strict environmental requirements for use.

In response to the speed regulation and accurate stop requirements of the main hydraulic cylinder during the loading process of the hydraulic press, a dual oil supply circuit of digital cylinder and directional valve can be used to control the rapid displacement of the cylinder and the working pressure displacement process respectively, achieving rapid displacement of the main hydraulic cylinder during the pressing process and controllable flow rate variable speed pressing feed control. It has the advantages of fast response speed, high position control accuracy, and good speed stability, and can replace servo hydraulic valves.
