      Introduction to hydraulic control system of short-stroke extruder

      One of the main signs of the progressiveness of modern extruder technology is the use of hydraulic direct transmission and electro-hydraulic proportional or servo control technology. The hydraulic control system of the short distance feeding extruder consists of a main and auxiliary system. Using a constant pressure and quantitative pump as the high and low pressure control oil source, the main system adopts a large diameter two channel reversing switch for control. Each control valve operates according to the program and can achieve flexible pressure and speed increase. In addition, by controlling the instantaneous opening and closing action rate of each valve, the working cylinder can be flexibly reversed, the equipment runs smoothly, and vibration and noise can be reduced. The integrated valve block and each hydraulic cylinder are equipped with pressure measuring points for fault detection. Multiple location devices in the system have pressure sensors that automatically collect pressure signals to assist in system control. The working performance of the front feeding system of the short stroke extruder is closely related to the reliable feeding and maintenance of the extrusion rod. A dedicated hydraulic circuit is set up to ensure that each moving component operates without affecting each other and operates accurately.
