Alloy Steel Forging Bearing Ring with material 34CrNiMo6 and size upto 2500mm

Alloy steel forged bearing ring is a very popular spare part for bearing industry, it will choose excellent alloy steel raw material and be forged.

According to its size , we choose different forging procedure :

1. small size  bearing ring    ( size is upto 300mm )  , mold die forging 

2. middle size bearing ring  ( size is upto 800mm )  ,   open die forging 

3. large size bearing ring      (size is upto  2500mm ),   ring rolling

Bearing ring 34CrNiMo6 chemical specification :

（C）：0.30 - 0.38%      （Si）：≤0.40%              （Mn）：0.50 - 0.80%

（P）：≤0.035%         （S）：≤0.035%

（Cr）：1.30 - 1.70%  （Ni）：1.30 - 1.70%        （Mo）：0.15 - 0.30%

Bearing ring 34CrNiMo6 mechanical property 

After quenching and tempering treatment, the hardness is 36-40HRC, 

the tensile strength σ b is 1100MPa, the elongation rate δ is 12%, .
